About our Center:
Our program is to develop and teach basic as well as academic skills that would help each child.
We want to build an excellent foundation for education and knowledge. Each child is a unique individual with different needs and capabilities. Our goal is to find the balance between learning and playing.
The school year will begin in August. Please remember that all new students must have a
complete physical examination and the form entitled HS 680. This form will list current
immunization. Students must also have a gold health examination form. These records must stay on file at the school and be on file by the start of school. Also, please notify the office of any address and phone number changes.
The school will open at 6:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. Academic instruction will begin at 9:00 a.m. All students must be in school by this time. The front door will be locked everyday till 3:00 p.m. If withdrawing a child you MUST give a two week notice or pay the two weeks tuition.
A. Infants are to be taken to their rooms. If you need to go in the infant room you MUST take your shoes off. There are NO shoes allowed in that room!
B. Toddlers are to be left in the front room unless told to do otherwise.
C. Academic instruction for the pre-school will be from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
(halfday students should be picked up by 12:00 a.m.) VPK students MUST be picked up by 12:45 if half day. Snack time will be around 8:30 a.m. At noon students will have lunch and then nap time will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. At 2:30 p.m. educational and recreational activities will resume. Parents who pick up their children after the closing time will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute per intervals.
D. Pre-Kindergarten students are in classes according to age, each group having their own classroom. We do not believe that children this age should be pressured,however, we do feel that academic desire and readiness should be recognized and honored. Each child is gently encouraged to perform at the level of his/her potential and readiness. The unique curriculum utilized is our own creation. Current research is continually reviewed and workshops attended to insure updates are made when appropriate.
All students in the pre-school must have a complete change of clothes. Students are asked to wear appropriate shoes (for safety and health reasons). Flip flops and opened toed shoes are not acceptable. Friday is Spirit Day for all students. Students should wear their school T-shirt and tennis shoes on that day.
Registration fee is due annually
Tuition is due Friday for the following week or Monday morning of that week,
after this time a $25.00 late fee will be added.
If this is not paid in full by Wednesday your child will not be able to return to school until balance is paid in full.
Tuition is subject to change. We do have an annual increase in most
if not all classes.
We offer limited scholarships which can be applied to sibling discounts if available. on the second child or other special guidelines. Before and after school
children do not have any vacation/sick days. If you would like to pay for the whole year you will get a discount of 10%. If at any time you with draw your child, you MUST give a two week notice and only 30 % of your yearly payment will be refunded. If notice is given with less than 1/2 the school year left. (Aug to May)
If notice is given before than a 75% refund will be given.
If you are full time you have 10 vacation/sick days each year.
Part time children have 5 vacation/sick days each year.
Sick policy: If your child has had a fever within the last 24 hours,
a green nose, diarrhea or oozing eyes (Conjunctivitis) they need to
stay home until this clears up, or you have a doctors note.
Child must be fever free for 24 hours.
The center is closed for most holidays and some planning days.
About 13 days a year. They are listed in your welcome packet.
Due to the fixed cost of the averaged calendar year there is no
reduction in tuition for these holidays or planning days.
Parent who pick up their children after regular closing time will be
charged a late fee of $15.00 every 10 minutes or a $1.50 per minute.
Parents of ½ day children will be charged a flat rate of $15.00 if their child
is not picked up by 12:30.
All return checks will be charged a $50.00 fee, and after 2 returned checks
you will be put on a cash basis.

IN FURTHER CONSIDERATION of (my) (our) child ___________________
Having been accepted as a student at the SEA OF LEARNING PRE-SCHOOL,
(I) (WE) Do hereby release, remiss, acquit and discharge the SEA OF LEARNING
PRE-SCHOOL, and all employees, supervisors, chaperones, and owners from any and all
financial liability or obligation while said child is participating in Field Trips and Activities and Before and After school Bus riders. This form will cover all field Trips and Activities that will be taken this year, from Aug 2022 to Aug 2023.
(I) (WE) do hereby acknowledge that the SEA OF LEARNING PRE-SCHOOL has explained the activities, bus riders rules or field trips which will be included in said packet of events for the school year or told in writing ahead of the event time.
(I) (WE) do hereby give (my) (our) consent thereto. (I) (WE) hereby authorize any
Proper first aid or medical treatment that maybe necessary due to any sickness or accident sustained by or occurring to (my) (our) child while on said activity, bus rider or field trips and also to incur any and all expenses due necessary medical treatment for the health and safety of (my) (our) child.
